Mischief Mahyem and Shakespeare

Death has jury duty so hes left me in charge of his pets.My name is Cal Thorpe and after running to Life in some desperate attempt to prevent my becoming a Reaper things have only gotten worse. While Im trying to figure out how to come to terms with my abilities Death has me petsitting his fur babies: two half-Fae dogs named Mischief and Mayhem and a grimalkin Faerie cat named Shakespeare.When the dogs accidentally get out I have to venture to Faerie with Shakespeare at my side to retrieve them. Only the Fae are tricky and now Im on a quest for the Winter Queen to steal from her rival. Now I have to traverse Faerie kingdoms to save Deaths dogs. With an angry human servant to the Fae at my side and Shakespeare to provide snarky comments I can already tell this is going to be a problem.As per usual things go downhill from there.
