It exposes systemic racism racist attitudes and abusive practices perpetuated within a broken American policing culture. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>As intended the Memoir is eye-opening informative and easy to read. The symbolic title represents <em>Misguided Police Officers</em> who - implicitly or explicitly -- demonstrate racial bias and resistance to equal justice under the law for all citizens.</strong></p>
