Miss Olmsted's Normandy Inn

<p>The story of the Normandy Inn its founder Katherine Olmsted and the successive ownership over the subsequent years. The main building is a barn built in the 1800s and this story chronicles the changes and additions from 1927 - 2023 as well as how the business weathered major U.S. historical events; the Great Depression and World War II. It also contains many interviews from area residents prior owners historical pictures and even French cooking recipes! This book is a treasure trove for the history buff chef and preserver of local history.  </p>
