Nidhi Vinekar thinks the worst that could happen in the next two weeks is her ex getting married. She couldn’t have been more wrong. The 25-year-old data analyst in Bangalore accepts the business contract that takes her to another city believing it would be a good way to keep her mind off the wedding - not realising that soon that would be the least of her worries. As she travels back home at the end of the two-week business trip she is convinced she has run out of luck (of which she had plenty she admits) that she has been betrayed and that she is going to get fired from the job she’s so good at. So who then is this man she is waiting for or more accurately pretending to not wait for at the railway station? Why isn’t he there? Would she really get fired? Has Lady Luck really spurned her?
