About The Book
Description
Author
Mission Fire Star is a book about a mission to Venus during this mission a character by the name of Lt. Beth Williams was accidentally left behind on planet Venus. This causes the main character Maj. Earl Blake to receive orders 34 years later to find Lt. Williams who was discovered to be still on the planet by a satellite transmission. Earl Blake's mission leads him to discover that Lt. Beth Williams was not left behind due to an accident but was rather abducted by the alien life form that lived on that planet. The female species of the alien life form was dying out and Beth Williams was their way of continuing on and evolving their species. Earl Blake's journey takes him through alien territory and life threatening situations through which he must find a way to find and rescue Beth Williams. But upon finding Beth he also discovers what the aliens have been preparing her for. Simply taking Beth back to earth would prove to be impossible when he finds out she is pregnant with an alien child. Throughout the book Blake then finds out that not only is Beth pregnant but in order to complete the alien birth Beth must also sleep with a human. And that human is he. During one of Blake's transmissions back to earth consulting with Henry Johnson his best friend Henry decides to take matters into his own hands which could prove fatal to the earth as we know it. My main motivation for writing this book is my love of science fiction. I started this book back in 1980 writing in my spare time between work and my family. I really got serious about writing in 1997 up until then the book was just one of those things that I thought about finishing but never had the time. It's always been a dream of mine to share my thoughts and love for science fiction with the world. I've had many incidents and setbacks in my life but my book was something that I always known was there. It was my release from everyday life. Now I would like to give the readers of any age the same release from everyday life one where you can escape into a world of the unknown.
