Mission: Mistletoe is the second story in The Military Child Chronicles. This series was created to serve as a resource and tool for military families. The holiday season can be very difficult for military families. Often geographical separation and distance can leave military families feeling isolated and displaced.A young boy Atticus experiences his first Christmas away from his grandparents in a new location. The story creatively depicts the challenges and complex emotions that military children may face during the holiday season and offers adaptive solutions to an adverse climate. Mission: Mistletoe also provides family activities to help build excitement and comradery in a military community. Come join Atticus as regains his holiday spirit and saves Christmas!
