Mixed Binary Oxides Thin Films Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis Technique

It is a thesis done for my doctorate degree on the mentioned topic of studying electrical structural & gas sensing characteristics of mixed binary oxides through spray pyrolysis technique. This technique is a versatile and cost effective .Hence this technique was selected for this purpose. The developed thin film samples were then characterized using x-ray diffraction spectroscopy scanning electron microscopy etc.
