We experience the ultimate highs and the darkest of unimaginable lows. Words to me are a way to express reflect create and without a doubt help my mind move on. In what direction? Hopefully some you can maybe relate to In one way or another. Some are stories of moments in my life intertwined with complication love sadness anger and grief.
