Violence in institutional settings is a growing social cancer a social weapon of control and social subjugation and a cruel form of unfair competition which causes great psychosocial damage to people and economic losses at the macro and microeconomic level to private and state institutions. Preventing addressing and eradicating this type of antisocial and criminal actions is everyone''s task.
