The monograph sets out the tools for transforming developing countries into democratic states with competitive economy. The scheme and mechanism for reforming the superstructure of developing countries under the accelerated transition to nature similar economy is substantiated. The method has been established for involving world high-tech investors in the process of transforming national economies into competitive innovative economies.
