Today in Mexico violence is rampant throughout the nation without a doubt we are living difficult times which can be felt in one of the most sensitive areas because it does not respect age or social condition: homicides. The homicide record surpasses itself day by day the next massacre is always more atrocious in Mexico there is no law that is worth because the discourse that was deployed from the political power of hugs not bullets only encouraged violence drowned the law killed the rule of law individuals or groups generating violence act without the slightest obstacle.In the particularity of unimputability or criminal imputability we must not lose sight of the fact that there are mentally ill people who are diagnosed with antisocial disorder and their actions correspond to that; But at the same time there are individuals who feign symptoms to evade criminal responsibility when they break the law and in doing so must be brought before a trial court like any other accused hence the fight against crime requires the integration of a multidisciplinary team of the various forensic sciences involved in the criminal investigation to collect evidence and means of proof.
