Advocate Naresh Panghal was born on 18th June 1998 in Arya Nagar village of Hisar district. His native village was Gangwa! His father is a farmer. Since his agricultural land is located near Arya Nagar his father along with his family shifted to Arya Nagar around 1988. Started living there! His primary education was from a private school in the village itself! Due to poor economic condition he received secondary education from the Government Senior Secondary School in the village itself! His life was a struggle due to his belonging to a middle-class family! Due to the desire to learn new he decided to become an advocate. For which he took admission in the city college! Along with studies he had a special interest in writing. He is able to observe and write anything. Passed his graduation in Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Law in 2021 and since then he is working as an advocate in District and Sessions Court Hisar.
