Freak.Having been an orphan for longer than she can remember Moko wonders if perhaps her parents abandoned her because of her finer qualities including her amphibian feet pale-green skin and uncanny ability to hold her breath for hours on end. When she is finally adopted by the Beaumont family she questions why whit all the pretty little girls at the orphanage the would have chosen her. Then she realizes the Beaumonts are far from perfect themselves.
