Molecular-Based Computation Analysis for Foot and Mouth Disease Virus

FMDV is a serious contagious and dangerous disease where its belonging to the highly mutilated picornavirus family. FMDV is a major obstacle to international trade because of its infectious nature. This book presented three major contributions to reduce the risk of this virus. First: this research presented the first specialized database of the virus contains more than 2000 records second: this work also produced an identification to the most probably places which may change or mutated. Finally: this work presented a new approach to candidate the near optimal RNA structure.
