Moments in My Life

In this one-off book Heather Harvey has written poems about the love life loneliness and spirituality which has kept her hope alive through her turbulent years. Now aged 59 she has been in a wheelchair for 11 years with Multiple Sclerosis. She has been a vegetarian (no meat and no fish) for 9 years as she cares about animals and the environment. She now lives in a nursing and residential home because of her many disability's where she has been for 3 years. She loves music especially from the 60's and also new age music which calms her down.
