The United States Came Near To Bankruptcy With Over 20 Trillion Dollars In The Red. They Couldn’T Borrow Anymore Than They Had. The Name Of The Money Was Called Credits. And The World Jumped At The Chance Of Doing A Lot Of Good With The New Money.
