In Philadelphia the City of Brotherly Love two men a therapist and his patient each possess a dangerous dual personality. One is a serial killer who emerges during a blood-moon eclipse and prowls the streets for vulnerable women the other a criminal master-mind whose reflection in a mirror is enough to an icy terror. Both of these personalities take over. Meanwhile their true selves struggle to rise to the surface and set the wrong things right before it's too late.
