The monograph reveals the essence of the concepts of 'values' and 'moral values' in philosophy and substantiates the mechanisms of their formation and development. Based on an analysis of the peculiarities of the formation of moral values in primary school age their substantive structure is substantiated including cognitive emotional-motivational and behavioural components.
