The 2 Egyptian kittens have stolen their uncle Charles' hat and have used the hat to time-travel. The kittens are lost in the universe and they are very immature. Charles and Moe are recruited by their mother Pema. She wants them found and returned to her. The found kittens don't want to return to Pema without a promise of future travel.</p>
