More Than

TO BE MORE THAN September 28th 2018 I discovered there was a blood clot in my internal jugular vein. Within that same week I was suddenly unable to use my voice. To hear me you had to lean in close. You still have too... During this time I made the decision to start documenting this experience through my outlet of choice writing and specifically but not without occasional straying poetry. I wasn't sure that I would ever feel comfortable sharing this experience in full but here I am. Here we are. Discovering the endless ways in which our voices can be heard. Ways in which we are more than. Though this book is a chronological documentation of the first six months of living with a whisper the underlying tone is that of adaption observation dedication and perhaps more than anything else community.
