MORE THAN OKAY

<p>More than Okay is a collection of poems written for the purpose of giving a greater meaning to life. The poems focus on three aspects of connectivity moving towards wholeness. Firstly spirituality which invokes divine help and guidance to aid our healing wellness and growth. Secondly the importance of relationships and the need for resolving misunderstanding and an appreciation of the charming devotion of those who care for us. Thirdly the poetry on homecoming and celebration renew the spirit and life-possibilities.<br><br>Readings of the poems stirred up strong emotional reactions. An indication that the work may benefit its readers in moving towards a more productive life.<br><br>The poetry lends itself to personal and professional group study and book clubs. To this end a section covering coaching discussions and exercises has been included to assist readers pursue their own enquiries for healing and growth. The contents are unique and expressed in an engaging and sensitive manner.</p>
