<p>This book is a descriptive quantitative and chemical comparison study of three species of Moringa leaves and seeds contents; Moringa stenopetala Moringa oleifera and Moringa peregrina which were collected from five places under Egyptian conditions. Antioxidant power and phenolic content of the ethanolic leaf extract were also evaluated. In addition to evaluate the effects of ethanolic and aqueous extract of Moringa oleifera leaves on streptozotocin induced diabetes rats.</p><p> </p>
