Motivation: Motivational spirals and decision making 2nd edition

The monograph deals with the motivation and explanation of key terms in the area of improving the work and personal motivation of individuals and groups. It explains the motivation and process of influencing it i.e. motivating from many points of view and using scientific methods reveals their essence positives and limits. Based on the longitudinal research of the work motivation performed through the author''s original Structured Questionnaire on Motivation it relates the motivation and motivating to the core processes of human potential development and other processes or functions of organizational management. The monograph defines these relations in terms of symbiotic motivational spirals. In addition the research attention is paid to managerial decision making and the quality of decisions taken in the process of motivating human potential. These efforts result in the definition of new types of work motivation on the part of managers and employees including the confirmation of potential multiplier effects resulting from the appropriate and responsible managerial decision making in motivating oneself and motivating others.
