Motivation Strategies and Goal Attainment in Organization

I Oladipo J. Olubukola a graduate of Business Administration from University of Ado- Ekiti. Ekiti state Nigeria. I had a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Marketing option from LAUTECH Ogbomoso. I also had a Masters of Technology in Management Science from the same University. I have worked with different Organizations in different capacities ranging from Business developer to Regional sales managers. Mostly in Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) Industries. Presently; I am working with Oduduwa University Ile-Ife in the Department of Business Administration and also with Tower Polytechnic Ibadan.
