Mukto Bihongo / মুক্ত বিহঙ্গ : Bengali poems

The present book titled Mukto Bihongo is a collection of Bengali poems written by Dr Arjun Sarathi Ray. Mukto Bihongo means free bird and in the realm of poetry a poet is like a free bird having the liberty to stretch his imagination to any unlimited extent. Thoughts flowing through a poets mind are not encumbered by any worldly obligation.The poems selected for inclusion in the book cover a variety of themes so that differing tastes of different readers can get served to some extent. With this view point there is a kids section carrying a few poems relevant to children. Similarly in addition to serious poems there is also a section of (queer and absurd) poems presenting some socalled nonsense verses for readers looking for funny reading.
