Mikelena Pearson a psychologist for 10 years with TWF Healthcare was used to being on-call and responding to police requests for assistance with a suicidal or homicidal patient. But this time when a SWAT team Lieutenant calls her to a precarious circumstance with a homicidal patient it's different.
