Musafir Traveller - The Poetry Album

<p><span>There are moments when we lose our confidence and feel ready to give up on our dreams. But then we see someone else achieve what we once imagined for ourselves and we think </span><em>If they can do it why can't I?</em><span> It is in such moments that God gives us the strength to believe in ourselves - and that is when success begins.</span></p><p><span>I too had a dream - a dream to achieve something meaningful. I feel blessed that my parents never forced me to follow a particular path. Their unconditional love and support gave me the space to find my own.</span></p><p><span>Since I am unable to walk I had to think of something I could do from home. Watching my father a writer inspired me. I wanted to be like him. I wrote many stories but my lack of confidence stopped me from sharing them with anyone. In fact I deleted them all.</span></p><p><span>One day feeling sad and bored I don't know how - but suddenly I felt a spark of confidence. That was the day I decided to start writing poems.</span></p><p><span>When I showed them to my father he read them aloud. I never imagined he would be so proud and happy. Everyone around me encouraged me to continue saying </span><em>Keep it up!</em></p><p><span>Their support gave me the courage to compile this book. I named my very first poem </span><em>Musafir</em><span> - </span><em>The Traveller</em><span>.</span></p><p><span>I truly hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it.</span></p>
