Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) have topped the list of occupational illnesses for years. Their prevalence continues to rise particularly in the healthcare sector. This increase has many repercussions both on the physical and psychological health of workers.The aim of our study was to evaluate the benefit of prevention training on the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders absenteeism and also the quality of life of paramedical staff. Our study demonstrated that our training program was effective in reducing the prevalence of MSDs. It should be the starting point for a larger more comprehensive project encompassing various aspects.
