About the Book: “Musings & Scribblings” is a mixed platter of intense emotions - pragmatic resoluteness mushy sentiments contemptuous disdain ironical melancholy and whimsical humor – a literary expression of the human ‘Kokoro’ (A Japanese word for heart spirit soul and mind.) Thoughts are put on paper when the heart is overflowing with emotions and the brain is brimming with transformative ideas. When your observation skills are acute and focused you begin to sum up everything around you. Musings and Scribblings is the compilation of myriad sentiments coined into poems quotes and life revelations in prose form. They are witnesses of my despondent lows euphoric highs and calm reflections speckled with dry humor. It is a collection that gives you company when you sit with a cup of coffee in the hills all by yourself and think about your life and its varied experiences. About the Author: Kinshukyi Kumar is an emerging Indian writer and has entered this arena after an MBA in HR a Bachelor in Law and a Bachelor in Education. She already has some published work under her name in several Anthologies – “Until We Meet Again” “Moments of Love” Chankyasutrani” and ‘The Character Sketch with Tiny Tales”. In the past Kinshukyi had been a practicing lawyer in the High Court of Allahabad. But neither the Corporate World nor the Courts could hold her attention. Since she has an eye for art and beauty and is blessed with a great aesthetic sense she created a craft boutique by the name of “Panigha” where every product was handpicked and sourced from local artisans from various states of India. But the world of Academics was more enticing and alluring to Kinshukyi which led her to teach English at the Matriculation Level in one of the most reputed schools of the city.
