Muted Voice: A Challenge to the Body of Christ to Speak Out Against Racism

Following the murder of George Floyd on May 25 2020 mass protests in the United States turned into a global movement for racial equality. Increased awareness of racial injustice has created a desire for reformation across large spectrums of society including government education the military business arenas sports and entertainment.Many institutions in our present day are speaking out against racism. Businesses are changing the names of racially offensive products advertisements etc. But how has the Church responded? Muted Voice is a challenge to the body of Christ to speak out against racism. While addressing the churchs lack of leadership Muted Voice also talks about roadblocks to the conversation on racism and includes practical steps to help start the conversation. Its time to find our voice! Its time for the Church to speak out against racism.
