Mutual Funds: An Investment Journal from Creation to Management

The aim of this work was the creation and management of a mutual fund. On 1/12/2008 we created the fund «Invest Fund» with net assets of €10.000.000 divided into 2000000 shares with a net price of € 5. This mutual fund invests in 17 of the 20 shares in the FTSE 20 index of Athens Stock Exchange. Finally our total assets reached €11.106.54804 change 11% since the beginning consisting of 2139805 shares with a net price of € 5.19 .The total yield achieved was 3.8%.
