The topic of the book is very special. This is about the managerial qualities of the UBER drivers of India. The author Prof. Suvasish Mukhopadhyay is a regular rider of UBER and in the last two-three years he came in contact with thousands of UBER drivers in different cities of India viz: Pune Mumbai Kolkata Delhi Hyderabad and Nashik. The author deeply studied all the drivers who came in contact with him and selected one hundred and twenty two out of them. This book talks of the pleasure and pain laughter and tears struggle and pathos of the Indian UBER drivers.
