My Call of Abraham

<p><em>My Call of Abraham</em> is part memoir and part history book written by a man who seems to be able to accomplish whatever he sets his mind to. </p><p>Sam's parents escaped Poland just months ahead of Hitler's invasion and Sam grew up while WWII raged in Europe. He enjoyed a remarkably happy childhood as he his sister and mother sheltered against the bombs dropping during the Israeli War for Independence.</p><p>He served in the Israeli military and was called back to service during the Six-Day War while attending Tel Aviv University. He earned his Bs degree in biology then  went to UC Davis in California to earn a PhD degree.</p><p>His professional life changed course many times; Biologist Acarologist Physiologist Plant Virologist and Health Physicist.</p><p>Sam also ran a business from his garage creating photography chemicals and later started a vineyard from scratch gathering vines from around the world and making wine he sold locally.</p>
