<p>My Childhood Learning to Keep The White Space: My autobiography is my childhood story growing up on a small quarter horse ranch. Because of a learning disorder I still could not read at 10 years old. With the help of a librarian I discovered a book of Rembrandt art. When I arrived home I found a book of art by C.M. Russell and in a short time became convinced if I could read C.M.Russell was telling me how to draw and paint in his letters so I wanted to learn to read.</p><p>Reading my Autobiography to 3rd and 4th-grade classes has been a great joy. The children laugh out loud and ask the best questions. I have shared a lifestyle that is no longer experienced and the children learn a lot from my book.</p>
