My Color

<p>Dear Reader</p><p> </p><p>I've written poetry all my life.<br>It brought me joy relief understanding heartache and a hard look in the mirror when it wasn't kicking me in the pants. </p><p>All that is to say I love these poems. They're little pieces of my soul. My hope is that you might feel a little less lonely misunderstood hopeless or afraid and a little more empowered brave honest and thoughtful when you read them.
