My Forever Home

My Forever Home: A Child's First Book of Yoga is the story of nine-year old Geneva Grace who is dealing with moving away from the only home she has ever known. She finds her way by connecting her own inner voice. Along the course of the story she is guided by the wisdom in nature and she learns yoga postures asanas by imitating the creatures in her environment. Trusting her instincts she eventually finds her home inside herself. This book hopes to teach yoga organically to children of all ages.
