Volume 2/1st Part of My golden pen for the poor Congo a work inspired by the deep wounds of a whole bruised People presents my first four publications in their respective contexts under the Rwandan occupation. Various issues are addressed through the Petition addressed to the Supreme Court of Justice and demanding the DNA test to determine the identity of the independent candidate Joseph Kabila in the 2006 presidential election but also in the letter and memorandum to the latter in January 2013. It is about the assassination of the Congolese president L.D. Kabila and his replacement by a Tutsi killer sparrow under a false identity the duplicity at the top of the State the bad governance the plundering the violations of the freedoms and fundamental rights of the citizens the massacres and other crimes silent and unpunished the parody of elections negotiations and political agreements betrayal mediocrity and complicity of the internal elite the political class in particular which paradoxically animates in spite of the slippages and other electoral blights a democratic circus in a country besieged from top to bottom.
