<p>A true story about a Jamaican man who travelled to England during the Second World War. He </p><p></p><p>had been recruited into the British Royal Air Force on the island of Jamaica. I trace his journey</p><p> and how it was.</p><p></p><p>After a while he left the military and settled in Nottingham. There he found work as a coal miner</p><p></p><p>I tell the story of his life through the decades until the year 2014 when he passed away.</p><p></p><p>Life for him wasn't all rosy........</p><p></p><p>Prejudices of the British people........</p><p></p><p>The sudden death of his five year old son........</p><p></p><p>The slow decline of his wife's mental health was apparent leaving her hospitalised......</p><p> </p><p>His family were left homeless when a business venture went awry..........</p><p></p><p>Finally settling in a nice neighbourhood tragedy reared its ugly head again this time his other son</p><p></p><p> appeared to commit suicide.......</p><p></p><p></p>
