I Was Diagnosed With Crohn'S Disease In 2009. After A Series Of Life Altering Events I Am Able To Write This Book In Hopes Of Bringing Awareness To Crohn'S From A Patient'S Perspective. I Was Told It Would Not Change My Life. Little Did I Know It Would Take Me On A Journey Many Have Said They Were Uncertain If They Could Survive.
