<p>Ray Bowyer is an electrical engineer who worked for Bell Telephone laboratories for his whole career. Born in Colorado he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with the degree Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He was selected the Outstanding Engineer in his year of graduation. He obtained a Master of Electrical Engineering degree at New York University. He worked in the following areas: Bell System Data Processing data communications anti-ballistic-missile development and Business Information Systems development This book is the story of his life.</p><p><br></p>
