It may also help you to know what to do or say to a friend or family member who might be struggling with an autoimmune disorder or a chronic pain condition.</p><p></p><p>This book is a true story about my life. I am a 32-year-old woman with multiple conditions including an autoimmune disorder that leaves me in high levels of pain daily chronic fatigue and infertility.</p><p></p><p>I'm putting my story out there to help any other chronic pain sufferers or autoimmune warriors to know that you are not alone.</p><p></p><p>I hope this book helps all warriors that suffer from similar or different autoimmune conditions to me and I hope that maybe things I have suggested in this book may help you too. If this book helps just one person I will be happy.</p><p></p><p>I hope you finish this book feeling like you are not alone and know that what you feel is real.
