In a conversation with a close friend I said I promise you; if you look up woman in the dictionary youll see professional list maker next to it!After a good belly laugh we both agreed that creating lists and crossing items off produces a sense of confidence and well-being. It was then I made the decision to create a simple guided journal with the focus to help women organize their thoughts boost brain function reduce anxiety improve focus and increase self esteem.What better way to do all of this than to create a list!So instead of keeping a little black book with a list of names and numbers about other people lets makethis little black book about ourselves while sorting through fleeting thoughts and feelings to discover whatmakes you great.
