She wanted to further the relationship but back then she was young and scared of what the outcome would be if deciding to pursue things with him. Second guessing her choice he has moved on starting a different relationship which takes an unexpected turn. He has now slipped out of her hands twice leaving her wanting him back in her life but doubting if she'll even be able to see him again. She begins the book in fantasy of what she wants to experience with him and takes us on the ride of her emotional roller-coaster which leaves everyone guessing what will the ending be including who is Story Within A Story actually about?
