My Morning Musings

<p>I do words for a living. I do words for life. Words matter. My Morning Musings is a collection of God speaking to me. Many times the words came faster than I could write them down. Many times the message was in direct response to an issue I was dealing with an issue I had asked for guidance on. Other times I found myself asking what the meaning of the message was. He gently let me know that all messages were not for me. He told me to share. And I did. As I shared them many of you suggested I put them in a book. And I did. A commitment to building my relationship with God AND my resilience sent me in search of the words that would matter. Words that would encourage me words that would comfort me words that would challenge me and even the words that would hold me together during the tough times. Those words came to me during my daily devotions. Finding myself without the words to pray I learned to listen. I learned that prayer is a conversation and God is so much a gentleman He won't interrupt us when we are speaking. But if we pause if we stop talking and get quiet He will speak. Whether you read the book cover to cover or you just pick it up when you need some encouragement or maybe even a laugh enjoy. Live well and be blessed on purpose.</p>
