This book is about my granddaughter whom I love so dearly. She has a heart of gold which is what inspired me to write the book about her. One day I was feeling down and she called me and said Nana you know I love you. I drive trucks. I had to pull over to get myself together because at that moment it was like God sent a message to allow me to know that someone loves me. My son was locked up at the time and she was my confidante during the emotional detachment I had. She kept me stable during that time. I am a grandmother of six who travel the world who love people and who want what's best for everyone so I send out positive energy as much as possible with my podcast Mentalbeauty.
