When my wife and I set out to start a family I thought getting pregnant would be the hard part. I didn't realize we were stepping into a secretive ethically murky system: the world of donor conception.

We chose a cryobank donor thinking we were making an informed decision. The reality was far more complicated. Today my son is one of dozens of children-born to dozens of families-all connected by the same sperm donor.

My Son's Siblings is my story of love queerness and reckoning. As a nonbinary non-biological parent I explore the questions that keep me up at night: How many children is too many from one donor? What do we tell our kids about the person who helped create them? And what do we owe each other if anything?

This book doesn't claim to have answers-because often there aren't any. Instead it sits with the hard questions and looks for peace in the ambiguity in the messy spaces where family identity and belonging are constantly being redefined.
