My tryst with Poetry

A short set of poems that detail my journey through life. Theyre not really linked. Each of them correspond to a specific incident in my life. Poetry has helped me find my voice. It has helped me fill in the blanks. People come and go. However the million things that go unsaid in a moment in a conversation when you havent had a chance to say goodbye the moments wherein one feels empty like a drum the futility of constantly chasing after things in the name of purpose are all encapsulated in this series. How very fleeting life is. One minute youre here and the next youre gone. Its everything that happens in between that we call living.
