The role of patient experience (PX) is evident in its impact on enhancing diagnosis and treatment methods as well as advancing prevention strategies. However a critical gap emerges during the recovery phase where access to resources is often limited-particularly for specific demographic groups who have already faced insufficient care earlier in the medical process.This study aims to investigate the experiences of heart disease patients throughout diagnosis post-operative care recovery and their return to daily life assessing the medical support provided at each stage. Additionally it seeks to propose a digital solution addressing the identified shortcomings adhering to user experience (UX) best practices. By engaging with cardiologists specialists and diverse patients this research highlights recovery as a crucial pillar of a stable sustainable health system alongside prevention and treatment efforts.
