<p><strong>Ever since the last werewolf died the world has started giving up. Apparently that's my problem now.</strong></p><p><br>When Amari killed the last werewolf she broke something fundamental. Soldiers are quitting. Doctors don't care anymore. Even my sister dropped out of university.</p><p><br>But Cassie says she's just as qualified to hunt the mythical as I am. She's wrong. Her best friend's in hospital after saving her from a lamia attack slowly losing her sanity to its venom.
