About the Book: I have compiled the prayers that emerged from my pure innermost being. The world as it appears to me now is what I have tried compiling into words. Nanda Devi is the goddess abode of the mighty Northern Himalaya of Uttarakhand. The eternal signature of Devbhoomi paves the way for an infinite consciousness of all beings. Apart from this outer world there is a unique inner world which Shri Krishna has named as “witness” (Sakshi) in the Gita. This is the only inner witness that has been revealed. Different and unique perspectives of seeing this world are open to everyone. After this point this revelation an individual lives in a world filled with divinity which one could describe as “the being always united with existence and called an enlightened one”. This is the secret of life. After entering this secret universe a man lives in his own natural life as Buddha Kabir Shri Krishna and Meera have signaled to us. To pursue our lives. After uncovering this divine vision this is what the world looks like. The songs in this book try to describe this world. The sages of the Upanishads have lived a divine life in this same world but we dont. Why? That is one can rejoice in life by living the truth. About the Author: Nanda Ballabh Awasthi was born on 18th August 1963 in a remote Uttarakhand hamlet named Pantgaon/Naret.
